A simple 4-7-8 breathing technique will make you fall asleep in less than a minute.

Keep the tip of your tongue touching the tissue behind your upper front teeth.
  • Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
  • Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
  • Breathe out through your mouth with a ‘whoosh’ sound for 8 seconds.
  • Repeat 3 more times.


This technique slows down your heart rate and releases relaxing chemicals in your brain.
