You edit reels for fun. We'll pay you to do it for work. Follow our founder around Kerala — meetings, shoots, dinners, casual convos with interesting people — and turn it all into short-form content that gets shipped the next day.
This isn't a video editor intern role. The person who takes this seriously will be running our entire video output in 6 months. Pay scales with output.

What You'll Do
- Show up wherever the founder is (mostly Kerala, occasional travel to Bangalore/Mumbai)
- Shoot on iPhone. Audio matters. Light matters. Don't be lazy with either.
- Edit fast in CapCut / VN / Premiere
- Ship 1–2 reels a day for our personal accounts and brand pages
- Test hooks. Learn what works. Get sharper every week.

Who This Is For
- 16–21 years old (don't let that scare you — best editors we know are 17)
- Already running your own Instagram with 2K–50K followers
- Edits reels for fun on weekends
- Lives in Kochi, Thrissur, or Kozhikode (or willing to move)
- Has an iPhone (or we can arrange)
